The Ellipse is a handmade necklace; a sterling silver chain adorned with an oval-shaped pendant, composed of concrete brushed with white and black natural pigment and with a brushed sterling silver clasp held in place with two rivets. The colour of the concrete may vary as it is poured by hand.

Éliane-Catrie Blouin Achim completed her training at l'École de Joaillerie de Montréal in 2009. Since 2012, concrete became the main and distinctive element of her work. Raw yet refined, her designs have been featured in several national and international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Ellipse est composé de béton et de pigments naturels noirs et blancs. Son attache en argent sterling oxydé et brossé retient une longue chaîne en argent sterling. Cette pièce massive est entièrement fabriquée à la main, à Montréal. Le dégradé de couleurs du béton peut varier d'un bijou à l'autre du fait qu’il soit coulé à la main.
