By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Tavan & Mitto can take up to three days to confirm the availability of the merchandise desired and to request further verification of the transaction by contacting the cardholder's bank or the cardholder himself. Once the transaction has been successfully processed, the customer will receive confirmation via email and the order will be dispatched according to the following conditions:
Canada - Free (0.00$) (1-3 days)
United States: 25$ (2-4 days)
International: Depending on the item’s weight. Starting at 70$ (2-7 days)
Canadian and US orders will be shipped by Canada Post and USPS services. International orders will be shipped by UPS or Fedex services.
Once merchandise has been shipped, the customer will receive confirmation via email with the necessary information, including any applicable tracking numbers.
Taxes are automatically calculated on purchases made in Canada, according to the applicable laws of the province of the shipping address. Taxes do not apply to United States.
Tavan & Mitto is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to the shipment under any circumstances.
Exchange & Return Policy
Tavan & Mitto accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise within fourteen days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met.
- Original tags must still be on the merchandise
- The items must not have been worn, used or damaged in any way.
In order to proceed to a return or an exchange, the customer must obtain a reference number and mark that number on the package. In order to receive a reference number, please contact our customer service at 514-279-1212, or kindly email us at email@example.com. Please specify the order number and the item(s) that you would like to return or exchange. We will respond within an expeditious manner to provide the reference number.
The customer is responsible for the shipping fees when returning or exchanging an item as well as all duties and taxes associated with the shipment. All discounted items are considered final sales and can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Tavan & Mitto reserves itself the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the standards elaborated above or that have been returned without a valid reference number.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
